Entertainment Publications Operating Company, LLC, ("Entertainment") respects your privacy. When you use our web site in connection with the fund-raising program for your child's school or group, we will need to collect certain information regarding you and your child in order to attribute credit for online orders. This policy ("Parent Fund-Raising Privacy Policy") describes the information we collect online, and the manner in which we will use such information. We may modify or supplement this Parent Fund-Raising Privacy Policy from time to time. If we decide to change this Parent Fund-Raising Privacy Policy, we will post those changes on this page.
When you register your child on Entertainment.com, we will ask you to provide certain information including your name, your e-mail address, the child's first and last name, homeroom teacher's last name and school account number or the name of the group and its account number. Please enter the e-mail addresses of any family members or friends that you would like to receive an e-mail containing a link to the Entertainment Online Store. The information we collect will allow us to attribute credit to your child for any orders placed by your family and friends who use the link in the e-mail message. |

The chairperson for the fund-raising committee of your child's school or group will have the ability through a password-protected area on our web site to download a list of their members who earned credit through the Entertainment Online Store. This list will contain the child's first and last name, the name of their homeroom teacher if applicable, and the total amount of items purchased on the child's behalf through the Entertainment Online Store. |

Entertainment will not share the information collected from you with any third party for purposes of marketing information to you, your child, or your family and friends. We will only disclose your personal information as follows: |
